Photographs
- Check the Quality and size [are they pixelated?]
- Include a photo of yourself and the interviewee
- Did you include a business image in Step 1? [This will be used for their business profile!]
- Name the image to include keywords [your name and brokerage, interviewee's name, title, business name, business category, and location].
Video
- Is the video public on YouTube?
- Check the title on youtube includes key words (your name and brokerage, interviewee's name, title, business name, business category and location)
- Check the description on Youtube is 300 words + includes your focus key phrases
- Upload the video directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, and IG TV
Headlines
- Check to see if the headlines include your focus keywords:
- Business Name
- Business Owner Name
- Position
- Business Category
- Area Name
Summaries
- Do you have a written summary? [Google wants to see at least 300 words per article, minimum! The ideal is 800+ words per article]
- Video interviews must include a summary if no written answers have been provided
- Are the key words below included in the summary?
- Business Name
- Business Owner Name
- Position
- Business Category
- Area Name
Body (Text)
- How many sentences are there? [Google wants to see at least 300 words per article, minimum! The ideal is 800+ words per article]
- Are they well written?
- Do they make the person look good?
- How many questions are they answering?
- Do the hyperlinks work?
- Check the photo layout [size, orientation, position]
- Is text formatted properly?
- Headings/Questions should be formatted larger/bolder
- Normal Text for body/answers
Auditing Your Promotion
- Are you promoting interviews across ALL your social media?
- Are you promoting interviews using the Parkbench link?
- Do you hyperlink the interviewees/businesses FB handle?
- Are you engaging with all Likes, Comments, and Shares on Interviews
The Interviewee’s Social Media
- Are they promoting the interviews?
- If not, have you followed up?
- How are you following up? (often more than one method of contact can be needed)
Other Social Media Pages
- Are you promoting interviews on other social media pages? (community and neighbourhood groups, industry pages and community blogs).
