How to Set Up Facebook Business Manager and Give Parkbench Access


Step 1: Access Business Manager

  • Go to Facebook Business Manager.
  • If you don't have a Business Manager account, click "Create Account."
  • If you already have an account, sign in with your email and password.

Step 2: Set Up and Verify Facebook Page

A) Add the Facebook Page
  • On the Business Manager home page, click on "Accounts" and then "Pages."
  • Click on "Add new page."
  • Enter the page name or URL.
  • Select the correct page and click "Add Page."
B) Verify Ownership
  • Go to "Business Settings."
  • Under "Business Ownership," click "Verify."

Step 3: Set Up and Verify Instagram Account

A) Add the Instagram Account
  • Go to "Accounts" and then click on "Instagram Accounts."
  • Click on "Add."
  • Enter your Instagram username and password and click "Next."
B) Connect with Facebook Page
  • In the "Instagram Accounts" section, select your Instagram account.
  • Click "Edit" and then "Connect Page."
  • Select the corresponding Facebook page.

Step 4: Provide Access to Parkbench

Adding Parkbench As Your Business Manager as a Partner
  • Go to Business Manager
  • Click on "Settings"
  • Click on "Business Settings"
  • Under "Users," click "Partners."
  • Click on "Add" and enter the Business ID that you provided.
    • Parkbench ID:  1145814822112696
  • Select the desired access level and click "Next."
  • Review the assets (Facebook page and Instagram account) you wish to grant access to and click "Assign."
  • Confirm Partnership (Optional)
  • Depending on the settings, you may need to confirm the partnership request. If so, follow these steps:
  • In your Business Manager, go to "Business Settings."
  • Under "Users," click "Partners."
  • Locate the partnership request and click "Accept."
